iusehelvetica is a minimalist wordpress child theme based on the Thematic framework. It is served in two hipster flavors: White/black and black/white (and of course you can always edit the css if you are anal like that)
Theme options:
- * Static and fixed sidebars.
- * Add logo (resizable).
- * Inverted stylesheet available.
- * Recent posting widget 2.0.
- * Analytics box.
- * Thumbnails.
Requirements:
- * Only tested with wordpress 2.9.2. (thumbnails)
- * Requires the Thematic framework.
Bugs:
- * Fixed sidebars do not work well in IE6.
- * Problem with preset widgets (When theme is activated, a visit to appearance->widget is required before correct preset widget shows up).
Hey man I love the theme ! It’s just so simple and epic….
But I am having some problems with the spacing of the paragraphs and might want to change the font of it? Could you help me out?
in css/typography.css change:
p {
margin: 0 0 0.5em;
}
to
p {
margin: 0 0 X em;
font-family: X
}

Love this theme! One issue though is that it looks like on the category archive pages there is no link to the entries. How can I fix this? Thanks!!!
Hmmm, visited your site and noticed not all your category archives have this problem (so i cannot see a pattern), and if you view the source, there is a “title” href without a value. So it might be a problem with the data? Try republishing those entries that are missing headers
I’m not sure what it was, but the issue seems to have mysteriously vanished!
I do have another question, though — I’m using Disqus for comments, and I am not seeing any comments links on entries on the main index page (they do show up on the individual entries). Am I missing something or is there a way to correct this? Thanks again!
